  • Flights are subject to availability. Price may vary and will be confirmed before booking.
  • Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget.
  • Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra adult or kid above 5 year which is not included in the package had to be paid directly by guest as per hotel policy
  • In Munnar, Thekkady, Ootty and Kodaikanal rooms will not be A/C since these are cold regions.
  • In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depending upon the hotel selection. In case you are not satisfied with the alternate option, the advance paid will be refunded.
  • The package price does not include – expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, camera fees, entry fees etc. Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  • In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities, sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight, etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather pattern journey time can vary enormously at all time of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred due to these reason has to be borne by traveler only.
  • In case you want any change in the package, like postpone/ prepone, Hotel, Itinerary, etc, if there is any price change that to be borne by Traveler only.
  • The duty hours for drivers is from 8.00 AM to 8 PM. (as per the regulation set by the driver associations of location). Except for duty hours if the vehicle travels then the price will be advisable if any and same will be payable by the traveler.
  • All transfer times and sightseeing are subject to variations depending on time availability, traffic flow, road conditions and if any sightseeing point is closed on a particular day will not be shown.
  • Any special request such as adjacent rooms, interconnecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, early check in, late check-out, non/smoking room, etc. is subject to availability upon check-in of the guest and is at the hotel’s discretion. We will request this for you as priority.
  • Houseboat check in is at 12.30 Noon and cruise is till 5 PM and there after boat will be anchored according to the Government regulations.
  • If payment installment not paid as per scheduled date then hotel will release.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo Id’s(Driving License, Passport, Voter Card).
  • Payment to be cleared as per installments made in the invoice, and If any cash collection/ the Last installment is pending should be cleared by the latest first day of Travel, on arrival only.
  • If Hotel asks for any Supplement charges for Gala Dinner, on 24-Dec, or 31-Dec, should be paid directly by the traveler to the hotel
  • If you will cancel your trip before 40 to 45 days from your departure date, then 30% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
  • If you will cancel your trip before 20 to 40 days from your departure date, then 50% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
  • If you will cancel your trip before 15 to 20 days from your departure date , then 100% amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
  • No shows (Not informed): 100% of the package amount will be deduct as a cancelation fee.
  • Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
  • For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively where Convenience fees and discounts are non-refundable.
  • Token amount will be non-refundable if you will cancel your trip after bookings
